Ami Bluebell Dolenz was born in Los Angeles, California. She is the daughter of Samantha Juste Dolenz (from Top of the Pops) and Micky Dolenz (from The Monkees).

Ami is a true testament to the power of passion and dedication. A multi-talented individual, she excels as an Artist, Author, and Actor, with an impressive list of accomplishments. Her journey began in her youth, when she aspired to pursue an artistic career, drawing inspiration from her life.

During her early years, Ami lived in various locations with her mother, including England, Ireland, Mexico City, and Acapulco. She currently holds dual citizenship in the U.S. and Canada alongside her husband, Jerry Trimble, who is recognized as an Actor and Youth Motivational Speaker. In their home, they cherish their large, cuddly black cat, Kato.

Ami's creative process is deeply rooted in her personal experiences. She recently wrote her debut children's book, 'Harold and Agatha: The Mysterious Jewel,' drawing inspiration from the imaginative tales her father would invent on the spot. This personal touch adds a layer of authenticity and connection to her work, making it all the more engaging for her readers.

Ami's commitment to her art led her to the prestigious Emily Carr University in Vancouver, B.C., where she pursued the Advanced Study Certificate in Illustration within the continuing studies program. This dedication to her craft allowed her to master various mediums, infusing her creations with depth and vitality.
